| The user(s) will be notified by the Mobile App about events like Intrusion, Fire, ...etc. And it will be the users’ responsibility to monitor and respond to these events. | The alarm signals will be sent to the Mobile App AND to our professional Monitoring Station that is ready 24/7 to receive and respond to these signals. When we receive an alarm signal, we call you and, unless you cancel the alarm, we immediately dispatch the Police, Fire Rescue Services, or Medical Services depending on the signal received. |

Via Ethernet or WiFiThe security system will use the computer network at the protected site to connect to the internet to send signals to and receive commands from the mobile app. This setup will be as reliable as the Internet connectivity at the site. If an intruder finds a way to break the Internet connection (by cutting a data wire or cutting off the power to the router) the system will no longer be able to send the notification about the intrusion to the mobile app. |
Via the Cellular networkWhen you select “Professional Monitoring” you receive a Cellular Module which can be easily inserted into the Hub. This Module enables the Hub to report to the Monitoring Station over the cellular network which is a very reliable mechanism in areas that have good mobile network coverage. |
